Description of the Flag
According tohttp://pacificdigitallibrary.org, blue represents the ocean, yellow orange represents a large landscape, which shows that Ngaremlengui is one of the biggest states in Palau. The five-linked chain represents the five hamlets forming Ngaremlengui, that is Imeong, Ngereklengong, Ngerutechei, Ngermetengel and Ngchemesed. The map represents the territory of Ngaremlengui, which is not an island.
