About the flag
A putative chronology can be established with the help of the yearly supplements of Encyclopaedia Universalis [eun], which are mainly based on _Album des Pavillons_[pie90]: In 1998 the ratio is changed to 3:5; the emblem is identical to the previous, 1967-1988version, i.e., “simplified”. It says: «1811, modified 1842, modified 1988»
