Teuchezhsky District
Today's Teuchezhskiy rayon was created in 1924 as Dzhidzhikhabl'skiy rayon in then Adygeyskaya (Cherkesskaya) Autonomous Oblast as part of the South East Oblast. It changed names several times until it became Teuchezhskiy in 1940 in honor of the Adygeysk people's poet Tsug Teuchezh.

Teuchezhskiy Rayon has 1 Urban Settlement and 6 Rural Settlements. Here is the list:
- Tlyustenkhabl'skoe Urban Settlement
- Assokolayskoe
- Vochepshiyskoe
- Gabukayskoe
- Dzhidzhikhabl'skoe
- Ponezhukayskoe
- Pchegatlukayskoe Rural Settlement.
None of them has, except Gabukayskoe Rural Settlement, any kind of official symbols, as far as I know.
