Description of the flag

The flag of Kizlyar can be seen athttps://riadagestan.ru/news/interview/aleksandr_shuvalov_kizlyar_privlekatelnyy_gorod_dlya_investorov/. It bears the shield offset toward the hoist, and emanating from it four trapezoids, blue above and below, red toward the fly and white toward the hoist. The name is written in gold letters on the upper blue trapezoid.
