The flag of Segezhsky District can be seen athttps://geraldika.ru/s/42278. It is a banner of arms, divided green and red by a white pine tree with two filiform roots bordering a double-concave azure base, inscribed along the edges and curled inward; in the upper corners oblique cut-out crosses, and in the lower blue field a golden sun.
