Description of the flag
Uglovskiy County now has its own flag.The County Council of Deputies adopted coat of arms and flag on 19.06.2025.
A rectangular white cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, on which are reproduced the figures from the coat of arms, made with the replacement of the heraldic gold, gules and purple with yellow, red and burgundy colors, respectively.

Coat of arms
In a silver field, with a red and green right edge beveled on the left and a black and yellow tip (both the edge and the tip are divided four times radially in such a way that all the divisions converge in the lower right corner), a red elk with black eyes and hooves, facing forward, with its muzzle and antlers, atop a pine trunk (without roots), with a purple trunk and branches and a green crown.
