Description of the flag

An update on the flag of the City of Zarinsk. I found a photo that shows another unofficial flag for Zarinsk - a white cloth with the city coat of arms on it.

City of Zarinsk is an independent city with status of City District. Its coat of arms was adopted on 18.02.2000. It has no official flag. However, on some events red flag with white inscription "ЗАРИНСК" is used as an unofficial flag.
