Variant Flag

My fiance is from the "krai" Russian "Far East" whose capital is Khabarovsk. In 2011 he brought the flag that you see and a few days ago a friend of hers brought me this little flag to hang on the mirror inside the car: is the three stripes version of the complete flag.
This flag of the Russian Far East and Russia are gift from my cousin and come from an polling station in Khabarovsk. These two flags are not printed: fabrics different colors are sewn. The small three-stripes flag itself is printed.

Fictional flag
image by António Martins, 25 Jan 2001
In 1992 or 1993 some regions self upgraded to constituent republics, and used ephemeral unofficial flags. One of the main republics was Khabarovsk, flag diagonal white - blue - red.
Jaume Ollé, 15 Apr 2000
I’m sure that this flag is a fiction. I don’t know who is author… It was adopted never and existed never.
Victor Lomantsov, 17 Apr 2000
This flag is fictional. It was created by O. I. Tarnovsky, and never was proposed or used in Khabarovsk.
Ben Cahoon, 19 November 2020
