About the flag

Flag adopted on 29 June 2001. Red with, in a white canton, a gun with the bird of Gamayun — elements of the coat of arms of city. Below three yellow vertical stripes, the central one beginning from the middle of the lower edge of the canton. Flag can be framed by a yellow fringe. Author of flag Gennadi Razhnev (Геннадий Ражнев | Gennadiĭ Raẑnev). Ratio 2:3
