White and blue stripes placed at the hoist. (There is no white stripe between blue and green.) Ratio 3:2; widths: 1(

). These two vertical blue stripes symbolize two small rivers: Inga-Yagun and Kirill-Vysjagun. Flag was adopted by Decision #55, of 29 September 1998.
