About the flag

The flag of Shatoysky District can be seen athttps://geraldika.ru/s/42765. A banner of arms depicting a triple pointed blue mountain below a white sky, two green slopes extending on the sides, each of which is bounded by a white-blue-white stream pouring from the hoist and fly edges; from the confluence of the streams emerges a white bricked tower with a pointed roof, which has a black entrance arch and two black windows (one above the other).
