About the flag
Swedish municipalities which have heraldic arms (which almost all of them have) also by default have a flag which is a square banner of those arms. That is e.g. the case of Lessebo in Småland (County of Kronoberg).
The charges in these arms refer to the making of paper (the bee hive, a symbol of the local paper mill) and the making of glass (glass pipes).
