Two beach safety flags are presented on this Sentosa, Singapore page:http://www.sentosa.com.sg/en/beaches/beach-safety. The red flag is no surprise, but the red-above-yellow is special in the sense that the flag�s message is made explicit by words �SWIM� above �HERE� in counterchanged colours.
