The Students' Organization of Slovenia is a representative organization of all Slovene students and advocates for the interests of the more than 100,000 students in Slovene faculties, academies, graduate schools and higher-education institutes abroad. It was founded in 1994 and began functioning more actively after the passage of the new student constitution in November 2002.
