The municipality of Rače - Fram was formed in 1995. It is a relatively small municipality located betweenPtuj and Maribor, with a main road linking the two main small towns after which the municipality is named.

Municipal flag of Rače - Fram
The flag and arms of Rače - Fram are prescribed by Decision Odlok o grbu in zastavi občine Rače - Fram, adopted in 1998 and published in the official local gazette Medobčinski uradni vestnik štajerske in Koroške regije, 10/1998.
The symbols were designed by Valt Jurečič ofHeraldika d.o.o. and_Heraldica Slovenica_, who kindly provided drawings from which the images shown on this page were made.
The flag is rectangular, in proportions 2:5, divided white-green-white, the central field being square and containing the castle and grape from the municipal coat of arms.
