The flag of a Division (flotilla or battalion) Commander (Plamenac poveljnika pomorske enote, ki je enaka divizijoni ili bataljonu), as prescribed by Article 46 of theRegulations of registration and signalization of vehicles, air- and water-vessels of the Ministry of Defense, is a red pennant, in proportions 1:2, with a yellow fouled anchor near the hoist.

The flag of a Group (squadron or company) Commander (Plamenac poveljnika pomorske enote, ki je enaka odredu ili četi), as prescribed by Article 47 of theRegulations of registration and signalization of vehicles, air- and water-vessels of the Ministry of Defense, is a blue pennant, in proportions 1:2, with a yellow fouled anchor near the hoist.

The flag of a Captain (Plamenac poveljnika ladje), as prescribed by Article 48 of theRegulations of registration and signalization of vehicles, air- and water-vessels of the Ministry of Defense, is a white pennant, in proportions 1:2, with a red border on the three "free" edges and a yellow fouled anchor near the hoist.
