At the history pageof the Brezno site is a thumbnail image, which leads to this page, with several heralds clad in a coat with the city-Coat of Arms, carrying a ceremonial flag, vertical BWR with in the center an ellips with in lilac the greater Coat of Arms of the city. Using the image on top of the history page I've fiddled a bit to get this image.
