Jakubany Coat of Arms
[ja.gif)](../images/s/sk-sl%29ja.gif)image from Heraldický Register Slovenskej Republiky - I (2000). ...curiously the Coat of Arms contains two saints, Cosmas and Damian, but not St. James (Jakub)
That's because the two always come in "tandem". Sts. Cosmos (or Cosmas, bot seem to be used English versions) and Damian lived in the 2nd century and were physicians. They were born in Arabia but lived in Egaea in Cilicia. They are patrons of pharmacists, today.
(There is an other St. Cosmas of Sicily from 12th century, btw).
