Red Cross in South Sudan
The South Sudan red Cross was established on 09 July 2011 with the independence of South Sudan. According to its website, it was formerly a part of the Sudanese Red Crescent, its staff and volunteers have decades of experience responding to emergencies, providing health services and promoting social inclusion.
The the flag of the new society of the Red Cross of South Sudan can be seenhere. The flag has a plain white background on which is a red cross with the words "South Sudan Red Cross" underneath.
