Description of the flag
According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Pathum Thani province was vertically divided white and black with the provincial seal in the middle. This may be an erroneous or a former rendition of the provincial flag, which can be seen nowadays on the provincial website and is vertically divided blue / white with the provincial seal in the center.

Specifications for the flag state that the overall flag ratio is 38x54 with the vertical bi-color divided evenly. The diameter of the provincial seal is 16/38 of the hoist.
