Description of the Flag

The logo (and thus the flag?) is light blue with a large yellow disc (Palau connection?) and a small four-pointed white star in the upper hoist; white lettering "UDC/PDC" bellow the disc.

Presentation of U.D.C. / P.D.C.

U.D.C. / P.D.C. got 2413 votes in the 2001.08.30 elections (0.66%), receiving 1 of 88 seats in the parliament, where it is the smallest of the very small parties. I suppose this party resulted from a fracture from P.D.C., but I am not sure — the flag sure shares some similarities.
