The municipality of Güdül (8,656 inhabitants in 2012, 2,591 in the town proper; 38,365 ha) is located 100 km north-west of Ankara.

Flag of Güdül
The flag of Güdül is white with the district's emblem. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
The emblem of the municipality features a traditional house from the protected area of the downtown. These houses (photo,photo) have been restored as significant examples of Turkish traditional architecture.
