The former district municipality of Şanlıurfa was split in 2014 into the three district municipalities of Eyyübiye, Haliliye, and Karaköprü.
The flag of Eyyübiye (photo) is white with the municipality's emblem in the middle. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".

The former flag of Şanlıurfa (photo) was white with the municipality's emblem (image) in the middle. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
The emblem was shown on some flags (photo, photo) with a green base instead of blue.
