From Ukrainian Heraldry site:
"The rectangular panel divided into three equal horizontal strips - green, yellow and green; in the central strip near a staff is an inflorescence of a chestnut with yellow flowers on a brown background and a half of a yellow leaf of a chestnut."

"Or; a vert electric support, in which is stylize image of chestnut inflorescence with or flowers on the brown background, accompanied at the top by an or inscription "Zelenodol's'k" on the vert motto tape. In the vert base is half of or chestnut leaf, inverted from top to bottom."
