The Flag

Above is reconstruction of the flag of City of Kherson, Ukraine. Description of the flag was located at <www.city.kherson.ua> as follows: White flag with three blue stripes. Width of middle white stripe = twice the width of other two blue stripes. Coat of Arms placed in the centre of the flag. Ratio and width of white stripes are unknown.

Looking at the page at <www.city.kherson.ua> now and there is a different Coat of Arms and the flagalso look different and got no outer white stripes.
