The Football Federation of Ukraine changed its name to the Ukrainian Association of Football during 2019, which resulted in minor changes to the federation's flag.

I also found a yellow variant of the flag but in slightly larger dimensions than the standard one.

Dinamo Kiev FC
image by Mikhail Revnivtsev and António Martins-Tuválkin, 15 March 2006
While watching a piece on this famous Ukrainian club on TV, its flag was seen several times. It is a simple logo over white.
Dov Gutterman, 17 November 2001
At the www.hqfl.dksite there is a Dinamo logo in Ukrainian as well as English. The script upper case D is the same in both Cyrillic and Latin alphabets; it's only the writing around the rim of the disk that's different.
Joe McMillan, 27 November 2001
FC Arsenal
Today the Spanish press published a photo of Ukrainian Anarchists. Anyone know what the blue and red colors mean in the left flag?
Jaume Ollé, 12 March 2022
The flag posted as an "Anarchist" Ukrainian flag is the flag for the FC Arsenal. They are an Ukrainian Football Club based in Kyiv.

Olympique de Marseille played this evening in Dnepropetrovsk for the last 32 of the UEFA cup (football). The Ukrainian supporters used horizontally divided light blue-white (which are also the colours of Marseille!) flags, and a more interesting, vertically divided blue-white-light blue, flag.
Ivan Sache, 3 March 2004
Indeed the colours of FC "Dnipro" are blue, white, light-blue.
