The flag of the gazetted Tieng Adhola Chiefdom according to its constitution:
http://www.tiengadhola.com/Constitution.pdf (pages 37-38) has 4 horizontal stripes (indigo/gold/indigo/gold) and the coat of arms �in the top right hand corner�. But as we can see in this video with its leader's (title Kwar Adhola) recent interview:

the coat of arms seems to be in a white disk close to the fly on the second stripe overlapping the first and third stripes?

In a ceremony held back in 2018 where all cultural flags were hoisted the Adhola flag had 6 horizontal stripes:

I believe that the current flag of Tieng Adhola has indeed 6 (violet / yellow ) horizontal stripes and the emblem in a white disk close to the fly.
