The official flag of Alabama Fire Service is shown on the website of Alabama Firefighters Association: www.alfire.com/Webnw2.htm.

There are two photos - one showing the flag and the other shows it in use.

A blue flag, with a broad red band bordered white horizontally across the center, overlain by the red saltire on white flag of Alabama, in turn overlain by the AFF badge. The flag has a narrow orange border, and written across the bottom COURAGE DUTY HONOR SERVICE.
