Description of flag

The flag is white with a broad descending north-south blue diagonal stripe and two narrow white and red stripes parallel to it. Over these lies a deep yellow map of the 48 contiguous states, and over that an eagle, wings spread, in brown and pale yellow, with the name above and below.
