Description of the flag

The flag of Empire State College can be seen at Saratoga Flag, A Broadway Banner and Graphics Co., LLC in Gansevoort, New York).

I did notice that this flag uses what appears to be an old version of the college's logo. The newer version appears to have discarded the "STATE UNIVERSITY OF NEW YORK" subtitle in favor of the "SUNY" moniker before the college name, making it "SUNY Empire State College." Still looking to see if the flag also changed to reflect the updated logo.
