Description of the flag

Elba, Alabama has adopted a new flag: www.elba-clipper.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewStory&newsID=7493&catID=1

The flag is a black-white-gold vertical tricolor with the city seal displayed in black and gold in the center of the white portion of the field.

The article that Dave's link flows to mentions the previous flag of the city, but I have yet to find any description or photographs online.
