Veldean Petri motioned that $600 be allocated to the winner of the Victor City Flag Contest, that the contest entries must be in to City Hall by 9/30/10, and that the winning entry be announced at the October 14, 2010, Council meeting. Diana Bowman seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Diana Bowman, yes; Don Daniel, yes, Veldean Petri, yes; Michael Wallace, yes; Buck Hakes, yes. Motion carried." The deadline was later extended to January 14, 2011.
I am unsure if this flag was the winner, but a Victor flag can be seen flying at the city hall from 2021 to 2023 on Google Maps. On a blue field, it depicts the Victor City Hall with the names of the city and state, as well as the date of establishment. I did not receive a response from the city regarding my question about this flag.
