Description of the flag

I have found a picture of the flag for the village of Barrington Hills, Illinois, athttps://i0.wp.com/barringtonhillsobserver.com. The background is a mustard yellow and on the flag are three dark blue bird silhouettes. The words "THE VILLAGE OF BARRINGTON HILLS" are in circle form, and is also in blue.

Barrington Hills is located in four different counties: Cook, Kane, Lake, and McHenry.
