Description of the flag
The flag of the Town of Winona Lake in Indiana, US, can be found at www.fp.kconline.com/winonaclerk/. It is a light blue flag with two gold rings. The one toward the hoist has a Christian cross on it, the one toward the fly a goose. Above and between them is the town name and the date 1913 in white.
