Description of the flag
The flag for the town of Zionsville, Indiana, consists of the full, extended logo on a white field.
If you look at my sources, you'll notice the flag doesn't seem to show the "FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS" part. That's because it is very hard to see unless you are up close, and I can confirm that it is in fact there as I have seen the flag numerous times in-person.
Zionsville is a rapidly growing boomburb of Indianapolis, it is located in eastern Boone County and has about 30,000 people at the time I'm writing this.

Zionsville used to have an older flag in the 1970s. Unfortunately the only available image on the internet is a black and white embroidery of the former flag's details. The flag had red, white, black, and blue but we are not told or shown which parts are what colors.
From an article by Terri Horvath:
In 1971, Zionsville officials decided the town needed a unifying symbol to recognize nearly 20 years of renovation efforts. The result was an official town flag. A design contest sponsored by Farmers State Bank was held and a winner announced in May. Debbie Watts, a Purdue University sophomore at the time, was the winning designer. The official flag featured red, white, blue and black colors. An eagle was prominent with town criers evident, probably a nod to the towns renovation efforts that started in 1952. At the time, the chamber of commerce named a Colonial Village Reconstruction committee. The committee encouraged merchants to convert their storefronts to Early American. Many homes also followed the remodeling theme.

I went to the Sullivan Munce Cultural Center today and I got great shots of the real original flag from the 1970s!I was given access to the flag from upstairs (it was a donated flag from 2016 which may explain the creases) and laid it out on the table. I took many pictures, including some scans.
The colonists, lamps, candle, and bells represent Zionsville's overall theme of American colonialism. The flag has a white field but is red, cyan, black, and white. The red and cyan are the primary colors and they really pop out.
