Kevil, Kentucky (U.S.) (original) (raw)
The flag was presumably adopted in the late 1980s, and was designed by an unnamed art teacher in Ballard County. The flag was covered by The Paducah Sun as a small clip within the article.

A Ballard County art teacher designed a Kevil town flag. The purple and white flag will bear symbols: railroad tracks, a purple flag of lightning (the elementary school's logo), a tobacco plant, a strawberry (two popular local crops) and a telephone. Walker said Kevil was one of the first towns to have a central telephone office.
