Description of the flag

The new flag is on Waymarking:https://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WMPY0N_Town_of_Grafton_MA.
This photo on the city's website suggests the green is darker:https://www.grafton-ma.gov
The city seal should have a lined background but I couldn't find a version like that to download.

Grafton is the home of the Hassananmisco Reservation for the Nipmuc tribe. The seal is circular containing a depiction of a Nipmuc Indian.
