Description of the flag

A white flag, with the town seal in the center. The seal consists of a spreading tree, with yellow ribbon, bearing the words IN UNITATE VIS (In unity power), and thick leafy garland around it. Around the seal is a ring with the date of incorporation and the town name. Millis is in Norfolk County.
