A white flag, with a broad wavy blue stripe horizontally across it. In the upper hoist and lower fly are two sailing ships. Centered on the flag is a red-bordered shield with a large scallop shell on stylized blue waves and a woven upper edge. The town name is written below. Mattapoisett is in Plymouth County.
