Description of the flag

The flag is blue with the seal centered, and the name above in gold, the state name below also in gold. The photo was posted on 5 July 2013 by Senator Stephen Brewer on his Facebook page, with the following caption:
"Today Representative Andrews and I presented Phillipston's official town flag to Tammy Kraus, Superintendent of State House Operations. The flag will now hang in the Great Hall."
