Description of the flag

A white flag two blue wavy bands near the bottom, and the town seal in the center. The seal shows a lighthouse scene white on blue, with red roofs. In the lower seal is written the date of incorporation, and in a blue-bordered white ring around the seal is written the town and state name in red. Rockport is in Essex County.
