Description of the flag
Virginia's flag is blue, with the city seal. The seal consists of a red ring stating in yellow ,VIRGINIA MINNESOTA and QUEEN CITY OF THE NORTH. The central disk bears a lakeside scene with a waterfowl, and trees on the land. Overall is a yellow-edged red map of Minnesota, with a yellow crown at the location of Virginia in northeastern Minnesota.
