Flag
A photograph of the flag was sent after my request to the city staff. It is yellow with the seal in the center in blue and white.
The flag appears to show Wapasha II, a Mdewakanton Dakota chief who lost an eye in a lacrosse accident (and covered the wound with this hair) and signed a treaty with the US government in 1830. A final treaty was signed in 1858 by his son, Wapasha III. The city is named for these two chiefs and the earlier Wapasha I.
