A TV news article from January 2022 shows the flag:

It appears that the flag is now white with the seal in blue.

Mayor Martin Malesich of Dillon, Montana, informs me that the City Flag of Dillon, Montana, is a blue rectangular flag in the same shade of blue as that used in the Municipal Seal, which is also to be found on the web site. This seal is the principal element of the flag. The particular shade of blue, which is also used on the municipal web site, represents the deep blue skies of the Big Sky Country and the blue of the region's many glacial lakes and streams.
