Description of the flag

The Village of has informed me that it does not have a flag.

At Google Maps ( https://www.google.com/maps), the flag of Los Lunas can be seen. It consists of a blue field with the village's seal centered. Looking around the flag in Google Maps, it looks like there is some text below the flag with the city motto: "Small Community, Big Possibilities". It appears the flag was adopted in 2013 after a landscaping project, which moved the flagpoles to the entrance. It is possible there has been a previous flag (or variant), since the city hall did fly a flag with a blue field before 2013, although with the lower half of the seal being yellow instead of green.
