Flag

The flag is blue and has a yellow border, though they may possibly be just fringes and not part of the flag itself. The top reads "TOWN OF NIAGARA" (with "NIAGARA" being just below "TOP OF" and in much bigger letters of the same font). On the bottom left of the flag are three stars: one big middle star and two smaller neighboring stars. Below the stars reads "NEW YORK" and "1812" below that. On the bottom right is the seal.
