Description of the flag

I was sent a photo of the flag by the Borough themselves. The flag is a quartered field of blue and white. In the upper hoist canton is a semi-simplified version of the Pennsylvanian coat of arms. On the lower fly canton is the borough and state name.

Seal

The borough seal is.designed inna similar fashion to the state seal. Only the plough and ship in the arms is replaced with a large factory. The eagle crest is golden and has the American flag arms on its chest.
