Description of the flag

The flag is a dark purple field with a depiction of an old canal lock, as the historic West Branch division on the Pennsylvanian canal system went through Lock Haven. It is also half of what the city was named after, the other being a haven for logging. Above the lock is the city name, with the incorporation date underneath. A photo of the flag was sent to me by the city manager, although no information on it's adoption was given.
