The flag is a red field with the borough logo in the center.

The logo is made of a red box with the borough name. Under the box is a white box which says the second part of the borough name. Above the red box is the roof of the historic Christ Church United Church. Behind the church is a half ring which is inscribed with the county name and incorporation year..
