Description of the flag

Last year [2007] the City of Missouri City (Texas) changed the city logo. Former logo was identical with the city flag. Although it is not mentioned in the text about the new logo, I assume that flag is also changed. You can see the new logo on the city website: www.ci.mocity.tx.us/. Click on the logo for full text about it.
